A library is more than just books!

Check out some of the informational and technological resources we have available on-site for the public below.

Printing, Photocopying and Scanning

PRINTING & PHOTOCOPYING A copier is available for public use. Black & white pages are 10¢ and color pages are 25¢. Staff can provide minimal assistance with using the machine. If you need copies made for you we recommend: Print Express (845) 679-2354; visit them at: 90 Mill Hill Road, Woodstock, NY 12498.

SCANNING Document scanning is available. Please bring a portable USB thumb drive so you can save your scanned file. You can borrow a thumb drive from the Circulation Desk, and use our public computers to email the scans to yourself if necessary. Scans are created in .PDF format.

FAXING The Woodstock Library does not offer faxing to patrons. We recommend: Print Express (845) 679-2354; visit them at: 90 Mill Hill Road, Woodstock, NY 12498

Public Computer Access

Public computers are available to library patrons using their library card. Just visiting? Ask for a computer guest pass at the Circulation Desk.

  • Public computer use is limited to 30 minutes per day with a library card or visitor pass.
  • Patrons are expected to have their library cards and PINs with them to log onto the computer. Guest passes are reserved for patrons who do not have library cards. If you need a Woodstock Library Card, please see the staff at the Circulation Desk.
  • As a service to our community, we offer 10 black & white prints for free. Additional black & white pages are 10¢ each, and color pages are 25¢.
  • Use of the public computers is governed by our Computer and Internet Use Policy.
  • Children under 12 must be supervised by a parent/guardian.

Public WiFi

Public Wi-Fi is available inside and outside the Woodstock Library. There is no password or fee for using it. Outdoor access is available 24/7.

  • We do not offer mobile or wireless printing, but you can sign in to one of our Public Computers if you need to print.

Special Collections

The Woodstock Library houses special collections on local history, works by area writers, and a singular art book collection.

Public Bulletin Boards

Our Bulletin Boards are inside the library to the right as you enter, next to the copier.

  • Local Events Board A great place to post or find events happening in our area!
  • Help Wanted/For Sale Board If you’re looking for a local contractor or service professional, or are promoting your own services, you can hang up your flier or business cards here. If you’ve got something for sale that might be of interest to the local community, this board is the place to post it.
  • Bulletin Board postings are governed by the Bulletin Boards Policy
