Sometimes patrons, due to short-term or long-term conditions, can’t get to the Library themselves. If necessary our volunteers can bring your items on a schedule. To ensure that all members of the community have access to library materials, we offer home delivery service.
- To qualify for delivery of materials, patrons must be residents of the Town of Woodstock and be home-based. Patrons are to be considered home-based if they have a condition (due to illness or injury) that restricts their ability to leave their place of residence, except with the aid of a supportive device such as crutches, canes, wheelchairs, and walkers, the use of special transportation, or the assistance of another person. In most circumstances, if a resident drives, they would not be considered home-based.
- Please contact us at 845-679-2213 for more information, or to see if you qualify for Home Delivery Service.
- Also note that the Library offers a walk-up window if you are unable to enter the library or uncomfortable in our building.
